Rocking Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk

1/2 cup frozen Raspberries

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup 2% lowfat cottage cheese

1 TBSP cream cheese

1 TBSP Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding powder mix

1 Scoop (or 1 serving) Vanilla or Unflavored Protein powder

(I used 1 serving size =2 scoops Orgain Collagen Peptides protein powder)

A few ice cubes

A few raspberries for garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender (or nutribullet). My blender has a Smoothie setting. If yours does not, blend for 1 1/2 minutes or until the consistency of your liking.

Pour into your favorite mug, add a reusable straw and Enjoy!
