Copycat Gordon Ramsay Meatballs in fragrant coconut broth

 

Tonight's amazing  dinner is ❤ Inspired by an awesome video clip I stumbled across in the wee early hours this a.m. (insomnia does have it's perks)

Recipe is by the one and only Michelin Star chef @gordongram Meatballs in fragrant coconut broth.

Served over @miraclenoodle hearts of palm noodles that I simmered in the broth simultaneously.

I did sub a few ingredients on account of not having everything exact but close enough.

I substituted the following:
Ground cardamom for cardamom seeds
Red chili flakes for chili peppers
Lemon zest and bottled lime juice for the fresh lime and lemongrass
Ginger paste for fresh ginger
