Hearts of palm "linguine"

 



1 - 14 oz can Palmini, hearts of palm, linguine, drained, rinsed

1 - 8 oz package sliced mushrooms, rinsed, drained
1 medium onion, sliced
1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp EVOO
1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Add EVOO to your skillet.  Add your onion and mushrooms to your skillet, cook 8 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt and red chili flakes. Mix to combine. Cook 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse your hearts of palm noodles. Add to your skillet, mixing to combine until noodles are heated through.
Serve alongside your preferred protein, veggies or enjoy alone as a main dish.
