Buttered Ground Beef
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp onion powder
1/8-1/4 tsp red chili flakes
3 tbsp unsalted butter
Dash of salt to taste
Directions:
To a preheated skillet add your ground beef and a dash of salt.
Brown ground beef and cook thoroughly, about 6-8 minutes.
With a strainer, drain off excess liquid and grease from your beef and return to your pan.
Next, add worcestershire sauce, onion powder and red chili flakes.
Continue browning your seasoned beef until cooked through.
Once cooked through to your desired doneness, add in 3 tbsp of unsalted butter.
Mix until your butter has completely melted.
Taste to check for seasonings. You can add salt or additional worcestershire sauce if you so desire.
Remove from heat and serve.
