Quick and easy turnip greens

 



1 - 2 lb. Bag of fresh, chopped turnip greens (found in the produce department)

2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp EVOO
1/2 tsp beef bouillon (can use chicken or vegetable)
1/2 cup water.

Rinse and drain your turnip greens. Combine all ingredients to a large pot. Mix to combine. Place lid on pot and cook on medium- high heat for 10-15 minutes, occasionally stirring.
Serve alongside your preferred protein or vegetable dish.
