Salmon patties with sugar free cocktail sauce
2 - 14.75 oz cans salmon, drained
3 large eggs
2 tbsp flax seed meal
3 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Heat a skillet with EVOO.
Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Using a 2" cookie scoop, scoop salmon mixture and form into a ball. Smash into a party, about 1/2" thickness. Add to skillet, cook 3-4 minutes then flip. Continue cooking for 3 minutes, until nice and golden brown.
Cocktail Sauce
1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
1 tbsp whole mustard
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4-1 tsp hot sauce of choice (optional)
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix to combine. Cover with cling wrap and set in refrigerator for 20 minutes The longer you let it sit, the bolder the flavors become. But you can whip it up and serve right away.
